There are no plans that I know of.
Whenever I build a party like this, you start with a pile of pieces of cardboard models. Tape up all you want, you take notes on the road, and then start cutting and welding satisfied in connection with the final draft.
There are many aftermarket bumpers select a model or inspiration. Friendship with someone who has a bumper that you want to have, and you can make the measurements and models from there.
