First, there is no prevention and no remedy for endometriosis (no pregnancy, no hysterectomy, menopause, no, no food and no alternative non-surgical, non-medical or otherwise).

However, there are many treatments that help, some, or temporarily relieve symptoms in some women and girls. The diet is one of many approaches have been used successfully for some relief.

The food concept is very detailed and individually, and is now too complicated to get here, but here are some links that can read and learn more:

My wife suffers from endometriosis. She is a vegetarian. We ended up resorting to fertility treatments and have two healthy children. We do not know the nutritional therapy based on endometriosis. Good luck to you!

There is no proven prevention or cure of endometriosis. There are natural ways to give it more bearable, or if I call a recession (if) no symptoms.

Endo addition to all "," I suggested that we also recommend:
Endometriosis guide holistic healing.

My experience is that helps you to eat:
lots of fruits and vegetables
(not much meat especially if they are not biologically because he probably hormones added to it)
Tons, and avoiding sugary foods like soda, candy, etc.

Although I also recommend vitamins (especially vitamin E, evening primrose oil, EPA and Vitex) and a multivitamin. You try different things. There is no right answer to the endometriosis, variousApproaches for different women.
